Guardian For Patients 0.9.8

This application allows users to access various modules within the Patient Portal of the Guardian Platform.

The mobile app offers the following functionalities:

• TeleHealth: Enables users to schedule, modify, and review appointments.
• Video Call: Facilitates communication with a healthcare provider as part of the telemedicine service.
• Demographics: Allows users to view patient demographic information and request changes.
• Health Care Providers: Provides access to information about healthcare providers associated with a patient.

In addition to the modules mentioned above, patients can also utilize features such as Reports, Vitals, Problems, Medications, Allergies, Lab Results, and more.

Please note that users are required to have a Guardian Patient Portal login to utilize this application.
